STEM ACCOMPLISHMENTS
* President, 2016-2017; Increase membership, mentor female students, foster new energy towards exciting projects which will benefit the community while providing students with new learning opportunities within STEM fields. 
* Chairperson Fundraising Committee; organized car washes, bake sales, sales of STEM students’ products created with 3D printer. Monies raised funded 75% of STEM projects and supplemented student scholarships for STEM seniors.
* Hydroponic Greenhouse: - With the help of a small group of students and teachers I installed a fully-functioning hydroponic system in a greenhouse designed and built by STEM students.  The system currently features an assortment of fish and nutrients and is being used to grow herbs and spices for use in the school’s kitchen.
* Prosthetic Hands for Children- With the help of a mentor, I was connected with E-nable (enablingthefuture.org). E-nable is a guided community of owners of 3D printers willing to provide prosthetic hands for children in need. I worked with a small group of students to print and assemble a variety of different models which will hopefully be cleared for use by E-nable.
